Kahlil "K-Swish" Maskati is a half-Indian, half-Puerto Rican writer and director who hails from Edison, New Jersey with a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. He is a current graduate student in the Writing for Screen program at Loyola Marymount University. He was most recently a writer on the CBS show, So Help Me Todd, and wrote and directed the feature film, Do I Shock U Like Lightning. Previously, Maskati wrote a pilot called Revenge Tour, which was optioned by AMC Studios and went onto earn Special Jury Recognition at South by Southwest and an invitation to the Sundance Episodic Lab. He is also an alumni of the Paramount Writing Program. In his spare time, Kahlil enjoys playing fantasy basketball and petting his friends' dogs.
