A storyteller from Azerbaijan, Asmar loves travel. From Turkey to Japan, she loves to explore a variety of cultures and continues to fill up her well of knowledge. A student for life, she believes that each moment is a gift, and film is only one of the ways to portray abundant unifying experiences we’re all fortunate to savor. She is a current graduate student in the Writing for Screen program at Loyola Marymount University.
